Damaged Goods

Should the product be significantly damaged, Sacred Soak and Spell will offer a full product replacement including postage/shipping costs within Australia

If your goods arrive significantly damaged, please notify us within 2 days from when you received the goods by emailing us at sacredsoakandspell@gmail.com with the below information.

• a copy of your initial purchase receipt
• a picture and/or pictures of damaged goods including description of the issue
• your full name, address, email and contact phone number

For Sacred Soak And Spell to be able to process your refund claim the above information must be provided.

Refunds

All refund requests are reviewed individually and will be processed as quickly as possible. Sacred Soak And Spell prefer to provide you with a replacement product to satisfy your original order! If you elect, Sacred Soak And Spell will provide you a refund less original postage/shipping costs for damaged product received.
